lately i am ok

i wake up at 9am, make eggs and toast with smuckers jam, maybe a coffee with carmel creamer, the almond milk one

i don't obsess over my weight, i don't body check, i don't punish myself for not eating "perfectly"

lately i stay up until 1am

i watch tv shows with my mom, i go to pagents with my aunt, i bring coffee times to freddie's house

lately is now and forever this moment is the best because it is the only one

lately i'm thankful for moments that make it easy to be present.
